Lash Fill price increases, appointment changes, Referral & Facial Incentive Programs
Hi everyone! This is going to be a large brain dump post about a bunch of changes being implemented at once. Over the last year I’ve received additional education, trainings, and have been able to broaden my services offered because of it. My lash clientele got me started in this business, and I want to ensure you specifically are being cared for in all of these transitions.
Last year I made the decision to stop taking on any new lash clients and focus on the clients I presently have, along with building my growing facial & waxing schedule. The changes noted below are very important to ensure you are getting the absolute best service from me and Marisa’s Skin Care - something I take incredibly serious. I’ve switched light volume & volume sets to an even higher quality extension product, requiring longer fills after I received additional training.
There’s a few things I need to put out there to help me help you receive the best quality extensions possible. First, please purchase BABY SHAMPOO from the drugstore to gently cleanse lashes every other day/every day to maintain the quality. It is VERY important to implement hygienic practices to maintain the life of your extensions and health of your naturals.
Second, I love chatting with you during fills - but please understand chatting during your fill is very difficult for me (I really can only do one or the other - ESPECIALLY on light volume/volume clients). Getting a proper fill while chatting is nearly impossible. We can make it super relaxing in my room, so take the opportunity to relax & decompress during your appointment!
Some clients have been interested in transitioning from classic to light volume/volume sets, you can book these fills at any point but they must be pre-scheduled as they are a longer appointment because the fans are handmade.
